1. Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set forth below:

• "edtoto", "we", "us", or "our" refers to the edtoto online betting platform and its operators.
• "User", "you", or "your" refers to any person who registers an account, accesses, or uses the edtoto platform.
• "Platform" refers to the edtoto website, mobile applications, and all related services.
• "Account" refers to the personal user account created by registering on the edtoto platform.
• "Services" refers to all betting, gaming, and related features offered through the edtoto platform.
• "Bonus" refers to any promotional credit, free bet, or other incentive provided by edtoto.
• "Wager" or "Stake" refers to the amount of money placed on a bet or game.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account on edtoto, accessing our platform, or using any of our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, as well as our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must immediately discontinue use of the platform and refrain from registering an account.

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and edtoto. Your continued use of the platform after any modifications to these terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

3. Eligibility and Age Restrictions

To register and use the edtoto platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

1. Age Requirement: You must be at least 21 years of age. edtoto strictly prohibits anyone under the age of 21 from creating an account, placing bets, or accessing our services. We reserve the right to request proof of age at any time, and failure to provide valid identification will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any funds or winnings.
2. Legal Capacity: You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of your jurisdiction. If you are registering on behalf of another person or entity, you must have the proper authorization to do so.
3. Residency: You must be a resident of Indonesia or a jurisdiction where online gambling is legally permitted. edtoto does not accept players from countries where online gambling is prohibited by law.
4. Single Account: Each user is permitted to open only one account. Creating multiple accounts (also known as "multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate closure of all accounts and confiscation of funds.
5. Personal Use: Your account is for personal use only and may not be used for commercial purposes, professional gambling operations, or on behalf of third parties.

By registering an account, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements and that all information you provide is accurate, complete, and truthful.

4. Account Registration and Security

4.1 Registration Process

To create an account on edtoto, you must complete the registration form with accurate personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, residential address, and mobile phone number. You will also be required to create a secure password and agree to these Terms and Conditions.

4.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

edtoto is committed to preventing fraud, money laundering, and underage gambling. As part of our Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures, we require all users to verify their identity before making their first withdrawal. You may be asked to provide copies of government-issued identification such as a national ID card (KTP), passport, or driver's license, as well as proof of address such as a recent utility bill or bank statement.

Failure to complete KYC verification when requested will result in withdrawal delays or account restrictions. We reserve the right to request additional documentation at any time to verify your identity or the source of your funds.

4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must notify edtoto immediately if you suspect any unauthorized access to your account. edtoto will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized use of your account due to your failure to maintain adequate security.

We strongly recommend enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account for enhanced security. Never share your login credentials with anyone, and always log out after using shared or public devices.

4.4 Account Information Accuracy

You must ensure that all information provided to edtoto is accurate and kept up to date. If your contact details, address, or payment methods change, you must update your account information immediately. edtoto is not responsible for any issues arising from outdated or incorrect account information.

5. Deposits and Withdrawals

5.1 Deposits

edtoto supports a variety of deposit methods including bank transfers via major Indonesian banks (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon) and e-wallets (OVO, DANA, GoPay). Minimum and maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and are displayed during the deposit process.

All deposits are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). Deposit processing times vary by method, with most bank transfers and e-wallet transactions confirming within 5 minutes during normal banking hours. edtoto does not charge fees for deposits, though your bank or payment provider may impose their own charges.

5.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests can be submitted at any time through your account dashboard. All withdrawals are subject to identity verification (KYC) and may be delayed if your account has not been fully verified. Withdrawals are processed to the same method used for your most recent deposit, unless otherwise approved by edtoto.

Minimum withdrawal amount is IDR 100,000. Maximum withdrawal limits may apply depending on your account level and payment method. Most withdrawal requests are processed within 24 hours, with funds arriving in your bank account within 1-3 business days depending on your bank's processing times.

edtoto reserves the right to request additional documentation or conduct enhanced verification checks for large withdrawals or suspicious activity. Withdrawals may be delayed or declined if we suspect fraud, money laundering, bonus abuse, or violation of these Terms and Conditions.

5.3 Bonus Wagering Requirements

Funds derived from bonuses or promotions are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. Please refer to Section 6 (Bonuses and Promotions) for detailed information on bonus terms and withdrawal eligibility.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

6.1 Bonus Eligibility

edtoto offers various bonuses and promotions including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and loyalty rewards. Each bonus has specific terms and conditions including eligibility criteria, wagering requirements, maximum bet limits, and expiration dates. By claiming a bonus, you agree to abide by all applicable bonus terms.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be converted to withdrawable cash. Wagering requirements are expressed as a multiple of the bonus amount (e.g., 5x wagering means you must wager five times the bonus amount). Contributions toward wagering requirements vary by game type:

• Sports betting (pre-match and live): 100% contribution
• Slots and video poker: 100% contribution
• Table games (blackjack, roulette, baccarat): 10% contribution
• Togel lottery: 100% contribution
• Live casino games: varies by game (typically 10-20%)

6.3 Bonus Restrictions

Bonuses are for personal recreational use only. The following activities constitute bonus abuse and will result in forfeiture of bonus funds and any associated winnings:

• Creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus multiple times
• Using betting strategies designed solely to clear wagering requirements with minimal risk (e.g., hedging opposite outcomes)
• Exceeding maximum bet limits while bonus funds are active
• Colluding with other players to manipulate bonus outcomes

edtoto reserves the right to void bonuses, confiscate winnings, and close accounts if bonus abuse is detected.

6.4 Promotional Terms

All promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions which will be clearly stated in the promotional materials. Unless otherwise specified, promotions cannot be combined with other offers. edtoto reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice.

7. Betting and Gaming Rules

7.1 Acceptance of Bets

edtoto reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at our sole discretion. This includes but is not limited to situations where we suspect fraud, technical errors, palpable errors in odds, or violation of betting rules. All bets are subject to acceptance by edtoto and are not valid until confirmed in your betting history.

7.2 Sports Betting Rules

All sports bets are settled according to the official result as determined by the relevant governing body (e.g., FIFA for football, FIA for motorsports). If an event is postponed or abandoned, bets may be voided or settled according to the specific sport rules outlined in our betting rules section. In the event of a disputed result, edtoto's decision based on official sources is final.

For live (in-play) betting, odds and markets are updated in real-time based on match events. Due to transmission delays, there may be a brief lag between events occurring and odds adjusting. edtoto is not liable for any losses resulting from normal transmission delays. However, if we determine that a bet was placed after the outcome was already known due to manipulation or exploitation of delays, the bet will be voided.

7.3 Casino and Slot Game Rules

All casino games and slots use certified Random Number Generators (RNG) to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Game rules, paytables, and RTP (Return to Player) percentages are displayed within each game. Winnings are credited automatically upon game completion. Malfunction voids all pays and plays.

7.4 Togel and Lottery Rules

Togel draws are conducted according to official lottery schedules and results. Bets must be placed before the official draw closing time. Late bets will be held for the next available draw. Results are based on official lottery announcements, and edtoto's interpretation of official results is final.

7.5 Errors and Malfunctions

In the event of technical errors, software malfunctions, incorrect odds display, or human error, edtoto reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stakes. This includes situations where odds are clearly incorrect due to typographical errors (palpable errors). If you notice an error, you must report it immediately to customer support.

8. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the edtoto platform. Engaging in any of these activities will result in immediate account suspension, confiscation of funds, and potential legal action:

1. Fraudulent Activity: Providing false information, using stolen payment methods, identity theft, or any form of deception.
2. Multi-Accounting: Creating or using multiple accounts to circumvent betting limits, claim bonuses multiple times, or engage in arbitrage betting.
3. Collusion and Syndicate Betting: Coordinating with other players or third parties to manipulate outcomes, engage in match-fixing, or gain unfair advantages.
4. Money Laundering: Using the edtoto platform to process, transfer, or disguise funds obtained through illegal activities.
5. Bonus Abuse: Exploiting bonuses through systematic low-risk betting, hedging strategies, or other methods designed solely to extract value from promotions without genuine gambling activity.
6. Software Exploitation: Using bots, automated scripts, scraping tools, or third-party software to gain unfair advantages or manipulate the platform.
7. Underage Gambling: Allowing anyone under 21 years of age to access or use your account.
8. Offensive Behavior: Harassing, threatening, or abusing customer support staff or other users.

edtoto employs advanced fraud detection systems and actively monitors for suspicious activity. We cooperate with law enforcement agencies and may report illegal activities to the appropriate authorities.

9. Limitation of Liability

9.1 Service Availability

While edtoto strives to maintain 99.9% platform uptime, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to our services. The platform may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our control. edtoto is not liable for any losses resulting from service interruptions, server downtime, or technical failures.

9.2 Disclaimer of Warranties

The edtoto platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the platform will be error-free, secure, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Your use of the platform is at your own risk.

9.3 Limitation of Damages

To the fullest extent permitted by law, edtoto shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Our maximum liability to you for any claims shall not exceed the amount deposited into your account during the 30 days preceding the claim.

9.4 User Responsibility

You acknowledge that gambling involves financial risk and that losses are possible. You are solely responsible for any decisions you make regarding betting or gaming activities on edtoto. We strongly encourage all users to gamble responsibly and to review our Responsible Gaming resources.

10. Account Suspension and Termination

10.1 Suspension by edtoto

edtoto reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for any reason including but not limited to:

• Violation of these Terms and Conditions
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or illegal activity
• Failure to complete identity verification when requested
• Providing false or misleading information
• Engaging in prohibited activities as outlined in Section 8
• Extended periods of account inactivity

If your account is suspended, you will be notified via email with the reason for suspension. Depending on the circumstances, suspension may be temporary pending investigation, or permanent. In cases of permanent termination for fraud or Terms violations, all funds in your account may be forfeited.

10.2 Self-Exclusion and Account Closure

You may request to close your account or self-exclude at any time by contacting customer support. Self-exclusion is a responsible gaming tool that prevents you from accessing your account for a specified period (minimum 6 months). Once activated, self-exclusion cannot be reversed until the exclusion period expires.

If you close your account voluntarily, any remaining balance will be returned to you after deducting any applicable fees or bonus adjustments. Please allow up to 7 business days for withdrawal processing.

10.3 Inactive Accounts

Accounts that remain inactive (no login or betting activity) for 12 consecutive months may be subject to an inactivity fee of IDR 50,000 per month, deducted from your account balance. If your balance reaches zero due to inactivity fees, your account may be closed. We will notify you via email before applying inactivity fees.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on the edtoto platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, software, and game interfaces, is the property of edtoto or our licensors and is protected by Indonesian and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works, reverse engineer, or commercially exploit any content from the platform without express written permission from edtoto.

The edtoto name, logo, and all related trademarks are the property of edtoto and may not be used without authorization.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

12.1 Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which edtoto is licensed to operate. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction.

12.2 Dispute Resolution Process

If you have a complaint or dispute with edtoto, you must first contact our customer support team via email at [email protected] or through live chat. We will make every effort to resolve your issue promptly and fairly.

If the issue cannot be resolved through customer support, you may escalate the matter to our management team. All disputes will be handled in accordance with our internal complaints procedure, and we will provide a formal response within 14 business days.

12.3 Arbitration

If a dispute cannot be resolved through our internal process, both parties agree to submit the matter to binding arbitration rather than pursuing litigation. The arbitration shall be conducted in accordance with the rules of the Indonesian National Board of Arbitration (BANI) or an internationally recognized arbitration body. The decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding on both parties.

13. Changes to Terms

edtoto reserves the right to modify, update, or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the platform. It is your responsibility to review these terms regularly to stay informed of any updates.

Continued use of the edtoto platform after changes have been posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with any changes, you must stop using the platform and close your account.

Material changes to these terms will be communicated to users via email or prominent notification on the platform.
